What a membership costs
A Enchanted Connections membership costs US$9.99 per month or US$110 per year and is billed through Stripe. Some features, such as browsing and liking, may stay free while members-only features require an active membership.
Automatic renewal
Your membership renews automatically every month until you cancel. You authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period, at the price in effect when the period begins.
What is included
An active membership unlocks the members-only features shown in the app, which currently include private messaging, the community boards, meetups and full profile tools. We may add, change or retire features as the app develops.
Price changes
We will give you notice before changing the membership price, and the new price applies from your next billing period after that notice. If you do not agree, cancel before it takes effect.
Taxes and currency
Prices exclude any applicable sales tax, VAT, GST or similar charges, which may be added at checkout depending on where you live. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
If a payment fails
Stripe may retry a failed payment automatically. Until a payment succeeds, members-only features may be paused and your membership may lapse.
Managing your billing
Open Membership and then Manage billing & cancellation to reach the secure Stripe billing portal, where you can see your subscription, update your card and cancel.
Other conditions
A membership is for one account, is non-transferable, and has no cash value. Membership is not required to enter the monthly trip giveaway, which has a free entry route described in its rules below.
